1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or purchasing any product or service offered by RetainMore Fundraising (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), including The Runbook membership, the Done-For-You Design Pack, and Office Hours, you (“Member,” “you,” or “your”) agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not access or use our products or services.
These Terms apply to all users of retainmorefundraising.com and all associated products and services.
2. Company Information
RetainMore Fundraising is a business operating under the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, United States.

3. Products and Services
3.1 The Runbook — Membership
The Runbook is a digital membership product that provides access to educational materials, templates, spreadsheets, and interactive tools designed to assist PTO and PTA organizations in planning and executing independent walk-a-thon fundraising events.
- Membership is priced at $995.00 for the first year.
- Beginning one year from the date of initial purchase, membership renews automatically at $395.00 per year unless cancelled prior to the renewal date.
- Access to membership content begins immediately upon purchase and payment confirmation.
- All content is delivered digitally through the member area at retainmorefundraising.com.
3.2 Done-For-You Design Pack
The Done-For-You Design Pack is an optional one-time add-on available to active Runbook members. It includes custom-designed digital materials branded to the purchasing member’s school.
- Price: $795.00 one-time.
- Turnaround: Completed materials delivered within 2 weeks of receipt of the completed intake form.
- One revision is included. Additional revisions may be available at an additional cost.
- Final files are delivered as Canva edit links and print-ready PDFs as applicable.
- The Done-For-You Design Pack requires an active Runbook membership at the time of purchase.
3.3 Office Hours
Office Hours is an optional annual add-on available to active Runbook members. It provides access to live Zoom Q&A sessions hosted by Casey, founder of RetainMore Fundraising.
- Price: $295.00 per year.
- Sessions are held on the 2nd and 4th Monday of each month from 7:00 PM to 8:00 PM Eastern Time.
- Dates, times, and frequency of sessions are subject to change at any time. Members will be notified by email in advance of any schedule changes.
- Sessions are not recorded.
- Office Hours requires an active Runbook membership at the time of purchase and throughout the subscription period.
4. Payment
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars. Payment is processed securely at the time of purchase. By providing payment information, you authorize RetainMore Fundraising to charge the applicable fees to your payment method.
The Runbook membership renews automatically at $395.00 per year beginning one year from the date of initial purchase. You will receive a reminder email prior to renewal. You may cancel at any time before the renewal date to avoid being charged.
Office Hours renews automatically at $295.00 per year beginning one year from the date of initial purchase unless cancelled prior to renewal.
We reserve the right to update pricing at any time. Price changes will be communicated to existing members prior to their next renewal date.
5. Cancellation
You may cancel your Runbook membership or Office Hours subscription at any time by emailing casey@retainmorefundraising.com. Cancellation must be received before your renewal date to avoid being charged for the next billing cycle.
Upon cancellation, your access to the member area and all associated content will remain active through the end of your current paid period and will not be renewed.
Cancellation of the Runbook membership also cancels any active Office Hours subscription tied to that membership.
6. Refund Policy
| All sales are final. No refunds. Due to the digital nature of our products, all purchases — including The Runbook membership, the Done-For-You Design Pack, and Office Hours — are non-refundable. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree that you are not entitled to a refund under any circumstances, including but not limited to: failure to use the product, dissatisfaction with results, change of mind, or cancellation of your event. |

7. Intellectual Property
All content included in RetainMore Fundraising products — including but not limited to module guides, templates, spreadsheets, worksheets, tools, copy, graphics, and course materials — is the intellectual property of RetainMore Fundraising and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.
Your membership grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the materials for your own school’s walk-a-thon planning. You may not:
- Reproduce, distribute, sell, or sublicense any materials to third parties.
- Share login credentials or grant access to the member area to any person other than yourself.
- Use the materials to create competing products or services.
- Remove or alter any copyright or proprietary notices from the materials.
Any unauthorized use of our intellectual property may result in immediate termination of your membership without refund and may be subject to legal action.
8. User Responsibilities
You agree to use RetainMore Fundraising products and services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials.
- All activity that occurs under your account.
- Ensuring that your use of the materials complies with all applicable laws and regulations.
- Providing accurate and complete information in any intake forms or communications with RetainMore Fundraising.
9. Done-For-You Design Pack — Additional Terms
By purchasing the Done-For-You Design Pack, you agree to the following additional terms:
- You are responsible for providing accurate school information, including school name, logo, colors, event date, and prize tiers, via the intake form. RetainMore Fundraising is not responsible for errors resulting from inaccurate or incomplete intake information.
- You represent that you have the right to use any logos, images, or materials submitted in the intake form.
- Final files are provided for your school’s personal use only and may not be resold or redistributed.
- The 2-week turnaround begins upon receipt of a completed intake form, not upon purchase.
- One revision is included. Revisions must be requested within 7 days of delivery of the initial files.
10. Office Hours — Additional Terms
Office Hours sessions are intended for general Q&A related to walk-a-thon planning. The following additional terms apply:
- Sessions are not recorded, and no recording is permitted by participants.
- Information shared during sessions is for general guidance purposes only and does not constitute professional legal, financial, or accounting advice.
- RetainMore Fundraising reserves the right to remove any participant from a session for disruptive or inappropriate behavior without refund.
- Session dates, times, and frequency are subject to change. Reasonable notice will be provided to members by email.
11. Disclaimers
RetainMore Fundraising provides educational materials and tools to assist PTO and PTA organizations in planning walk-a-thon events. We do not guarantee any specific fundraising result, dollar amount, or outcome.
Results depend on many factors outside our control, including but not limited to school size, community engagement, geographic location, timing, and effort applied by the member. Figures referenced in marketing materials (such as ‘$50,000 raised’ or ’85–92% retention’) reflect real results achieved by the founder and are illustrative only — they are not guarantees of results for any member.
All materials are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, RetainMore Fundraising shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of our products or services, including but not limited to lost profits, lost fundraising revenue, or loss of data.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms or our products and services shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to RetainMore Fundraising in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
13. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Massachusetts.
14. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. When we do, we will update the “Last Updated” date at the top of this document. If changes are material, we will notify active members by email. Your continued use of our products or services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
15. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and RetainMore Fundraising with respect to the subject matter herein and supersede all prior agreements, understandings, or representations.
